Today we had to put our sweet Buggy to sleep. It was her 9th birthday on Monday. Happy Birthday Navi, we will see you soon.
Man, it feels like we were hit with a double whammy. Our little Buggy is scheduled for emergency exploratory surgery today for a mass in her throat. We need all the good luck we can get. Send all you can spare.
Miss Finn is still doing really well. We are trying some treatments and hoping they help 🤞🍀 but for now I would say she is honestly doing better than I am 😬 I mean, this sunbeam is everything.

I’m a Minnesota transplant, however, Chicago has been my home for close to 5 years. I graduated from a Winona State University with a degree in graphic design and a focus in new media and illustration. I’ve worked in a variety of design environments from traditional print agencies to corporate UX to a literal zoo.

At the moment I am looking for opportunities to continue working with my passion for design systems. In my time with UX, I have come to find that I am very interested in the psychology of design and the reusable structure of design systems . Some other hats I wear include, illustrator, whiteboard doodler and office cat enthusiast.
